2. View a quick concise snapshot of each candidate’s skills and experience.

3. If you are interested in a particular candidate, click through for more detailed insights, including preferred sectors, geography, roles of interest, work balance preferences, and crucially, specific expertise in proteomics techniques.

4. If a candidate aligns well with your needs, you can begin the process to request their full CV and contact information.

5. Our terms of engagement: Next, you’ll receive a bespoke agreement form to confirm terms, including our fee structure (15% - 7% of the candidate’s first-year salary, depending on the nature of your organisation.)

Payment is due only if the candidate is hired, ensuring a flexible, commitment-based process. Additionally, if a hire leaves within the first three months, we offer a guarantee period with a free replacement search.
