• Initial CV Submission: Candidates submit their CVs to the platform, regardless of active job postings, allowing us to curate a rich talent pool.

• Skills & Experience Assessment: I personally review each candidate’s CV to assess skills, work experience, education levels and attention to detail. This guarantees that only well qualified individuals proceed further.

• Personal Presentation: Each candidate participates in a call where they present their expertise in a 5-slide presentation. They cover their most impactful research project, highlight their key skills, and provide an overview of their relevant experience. This step also allows me to assess each candidate’s communication skills and alignment with industry needs.

Additionally, we provide candidates with a 10% share of the placement fee upon hiring, to provide an extra incentive.

When an employer finds a candidate that matches their needs, they can click the profile to submit their email. From there, we provide the full CV and, if there's interest, help coordinate the interview process.
